Additional Landscape Management

The following services are available à la carte and will be priced per service. Each service will be tailored to your specific landscape needs. If you would like a service for your landscape that is not listed please do not hesitate to let us know. These services will be billed per additional item at their completion. We will be happy to walk your landscape with you and determine just what you need.

• Spring Clean Up  - Extensive service at the beginning of the growing season to start    the landscape off on the right foot. Including: a full irrigation run-through, ornamental pruning, perennial and ornamental grass cut back, leaf and debris removal and disposal from entire landscape, mulch refreshing, and total yard weeding.
• Fall Clean Up  - This service is a must to put a healthy landscape into a dormant state for the upcoming winter season.  Including: full leaf and debris removal throughout the fall, total yard weeding, structural winter pruning, perennial protection, and tree wrapping.
• Fertilization  - Organic fertilization – safe for the kids and the pets.  The fertilization service includes 3 applications and a soil test to determine the exact mix necessary for your turf grass.
• Core Aeration  - A spring and/or fall service to breathe new life into older turf grass.  Aeration will allow moisture, fertilizer, and air to penetrate the soil and providing stronger root health.
• Plant Care  - This service will provide specific attention to all your plants and your trees under 15’.  Fertilizer for each specific plant, deadheading to increase perennial blooming, and pruning to increase growth and protect the plants overall health.
• Irrigation Management  - The truth is that any mature landscape needs drip irrigation adjustments over time.  We will target the root zones for the plants and make sure you spending your money wisely when it comes to watering.
• Seasonal Plantings  - Be the envy of the neighborhood with your ever- changing landscape.  We can add color for every season with new perennials and annuals either in the existing plant beds or new pots on the patio or front porch.
• Water Feature Management  - This investment needs to be maintained to keep its original beauty.  We will do a spring start up, water treatments, sensor monitoring, filter clean out, and winterization.
• Firewood Delivery  - There is nothing like a real fire, so let us do the dirty work and deliver your firewood for the season.
• Winter Watering  - Colorado is far too dry for most of our plants to go without water all winter.  Let us take the hassle out of this process by stopping by when the weather permits and giving your investment a little drink.
• Special Occasions  - Having a wedding, graduation, or party… well let us get the yard ready.  We can add color, pots, or even a new patio with ample warning!
